TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking a service with Signature Shine, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a binding legal agreement between the Client and Signature Shine.
1. THE SIGNATURE PROMISE
We stand by our work. If you are not satisfied with any area of your home, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area for free.
2. PROFESSIONAL STAFFING
We do not use random contractors or gig-workers. All services are performed by vetted, background-checked, and trained employees of Signature Shine.
3. ACCESS AND SAFETY
Home Access: The Client must provide a way for our team to enter the home (key, code, or being present). If we cannot enter, a “lock-out” fee may apply.
Pet Policy: We love pets, but for the safety of our team and your animals, please ensure they are secured or comfortable with strangers.
Safety: For the safety of our employees, we do not move furniture over 35 lbs or clean biohazards (including animal or human waste).
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Estimates: Final price is subject to change if the home’s condition is different than described.
Payments: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds: We take pride in our work and aim to fix any issues through our 24-hour guarantee. For any questions regarding refunds, please contact us directly at (763) 222-8292.
5. CANCELLATION AND ARRIVAL
Our Commitment: We provide a Guaranteed Arrival. We treat your appointment as a promise and do not cancel on you.
Client Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in a fee.
6. LIABILITY AND DAMAGE
Insurance: Signature Shine is fully bonded and carries comprehensive liability insurance.
Claims: While we treat your home with total respect, accidents can happen. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours. We are not liable for damage caused by “normal wear and tear” or improperly installed items (like loose shelves or pictures).
Limitation: Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount of insurance coverage we carry or the total cost of the service provided, whichever is less.
7. NON-SOLICITATION OF EMPLOYEES
The Client agrees not to hire any current or past Signature Shine employee for private cleaning services outside of our company for a period of one year after the employee leaves our firm.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts located in the Twin Cities metro area.
