CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Signature Shine, we treat every appointment as a promise. Because we employ a full-time, dedicated staff rather than random contractors, we rely on a consistent schedule to provide the best service in the Twin Cities.

1. OUR “NO-CANCEL” PROMISE

We respect your time. We have a strict internal policy to ensure we never cancel on you last minute. When you book with us, we guarantee our arrival so you can plan your day with total peace of mind.

2. CLIENT CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that life happens and plans change. To help us manage our team’s schedule, we ask for the following:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps us compensate our professional cleaners for the lost time in their workday.

3. LOCK-OUT POLICY

Our team needs a way to enter your home at the scheduled time (via key, code, or someone being present).

  • If our team arrives and cannot access the home, we will wait for 15 minutes while attempting to contact you.

  • If we still cannot gain access, the appointment will be considered a “Lock-out” and may result in a full or partial service fee to cover labor and travel costs.

4. REFUND POLICY

Our goal is to provide a perfect clean every time. Because cleaning is a personalized service, we do not offer standard cash refunds. Instead, we offer a 24-Hour Happiness Guarantee:

  • The Fix: If you are not thrilled with any area of your home, notify us within 24 hours.

  • The Resolution: We will return and fix the specific area for free until it meets our high standards.
